Robin Cooper, MPH

Robin Cooper is a dedicated public health professional with over a decade of experience advancing community wellness and health equity. Her career in public health began in 2015 as a college professor, where she inspired the next generation of leaders through education and applied learning.

Robin has been an active member of Live Healthy Richland County (formerly Eat Smart, Move More Richland County, and Wholespire Richland County), serving as Chair since May 2022. Under her leadership, the coalition has continued to advance policy, systems, and environmental strategies that foster healthier, more resilient communities, including Live Healthy Richland County, which was awarded the Healthy People, Healthy Carolina Grant funded through The Duke Endowment in 2023.

Currently, Robin serves as a Project Manager for the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, where she oversees collaborative projects that support schools and communities in building equitable environments for student health and wellness in partnership with Diabetes Free SC. Her work is driven by a deep commitment to improving population health through education, partnership, and innovation. Robin led numerous initiatives to promote preventive health behaviors, strengthen community partnerships, and empower local organizations to create sustainable change.
