Chelsea Bennett is the Founder and CEO of Ivey Palmer PR, an award-winning strategic communications agency that helps organizations strengthen their brands, navigate complex challenges, and build meaningful connections with the communities they serve. With nearly two decades of experience in public relations, strategic communications, community engagement, and executive communications, she partners with nonprofits, government agencies, businesses, and community leaders to develop strategies that inspire action and create lasting impact.

Chelsea joined Live Healthy Richland County in 2022 and currently serves on the Core Team and Communications Subcommittee, where she supports efforts to build healthier, stronger communities through strategic communication, partnerships, and public engagement. She is passionate about bringing people together, translating complex information into clear and compelling messages, and developing communication strategies that help organizations thrive while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve.
